Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. These terms govern your use of Innovative Earn Reviews ("the Platform"), a free service connecting US consumers with product-feedback and market-research campaigns.

1. Free membership

  • Registration is completely free. There is one plan: Free.
  • We never charge a signup fee, KYC fee, reactivation fee, membership fee, or any fee to access review tasks.
  • There are no paid tiers, upgrades, or subscriptions.

2. Rewards are conditional — not guaranteed income

  • Rewards are credited only after a submission passes the campaign's review process.
  • The one-time $5 signup bonus and any referral rewards are subject to published eligibility and anti-fraud checks and show as pending until approved.
  • Nothing on this Platform is a promise of earnings, employment, or guaranteed income. Reward amounts are shown in USD before you start any campaign.

3. Honest feedback requirement

  • Feedback must reflect your genuine, actual experience with the product.
  • We never require a positive rating, a particular star score, or a specific sentiment. Negative feedback is welcome and is never a reason for rejection.
  • Campaign instructions disclose any incentive. You must not conceal that you received an incentive where disclosure is required.
  • Fake reviews, copied feedback, or reviews of products you have not used are prohibited.

4. Eligibility and account rules

  • One account per person. Duplicate, fake, or self-referral accounts are prohibited.
  • You must be eligible under each campaign's published audience rules.
  • KYC is not a default requirement. Identity verification is only requested when a legal, fraud-prevention, or payment-provider requirement makes it necessary, and we will explain why, what is collected, and who processes it.

5. Moderation, suspension, and appeals

  • Moderation actions are taken only for defined reasons: fraud, duplicate accounts, abusive content, or terms violations.
  • We never suspend accounts for failing to meet earning or referral targets.
  • Rejected submissions include a clear reason, and you may appeal through the Platform or the support page.

6. Wallets and payouts

  • All balances are in USD and every balance change has an auditable ledger entry.
  • Payouts are governed by the Payout Policy, including the minimum threshold, any fee, and processing times shown before you confirm.

7. Prohibited use

  • Manipulating campaign limits, submitting automated or copied content, or attempting to defraud advertisers or the Platform.
  • Posting incentivized reviews on public platforms where that practice is prohibited by the destination platform or applicable law.
