What we collect

• Account data: name, email, and optional phone number.
• Activity data: campaign submissions, feedback text, optional ratings, wallet ledger entries, and payout requests.
• Security signals: device and IP patterns used solely for fraud prevention and reviewed as signals, never as automatic proof of fraud.

What we do not do

• We do not require identity documents (KYC) for registration or access to review tasks.
• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not collect bank login credentials. Payouts use the provider's secure flow, and we store only provider tokens or references where possible.

Proof uploads

Optional proof files are access-controlled, visible only to authorized moderators, and deleted according to our published retention schedule.

Your rights

• Request access to or deletion of your data via the Support page.
• Close your account at any time from your profile.
• Manage notification preferences in your profile settings.

Security

We use secure password hashing, encryption in transit, restricted storage, backups, and multi-factor authentication for administrator accounts.
